Booking Information
Please book early
Each event has a limited number of support slots. Once full, bookings close. We recommend contacting us at least 2 weeks before the event for transfer plans, and 1 month ahead for the Full Support Pack.
Sold out for the event day? Other time slots may still be available
Even if the event-day support is fully booked, we may still be able to assist with airport pickups at different times — for example, late-night or early-morning arrivals. Please enquire.
Groups & families
The Full Support Pack is designed for individual bookings. If you are travelling alone, you may share a vehicle with another guest. For groups of 2–3 (family or friends), standard kei cars may not have enough space. In that case, a 7-seater rental vehicle is available at an additional cost. Please always tell us your group size and composition when booking.
Current Availability
Vehicles are kei cars only (max 4 passengers). Larger rental vehicles may be available on request depending on demand.

Seiya competes in All-Japan Dirt Trial and Rally events on weekends. Please check the race calendar before enquiring — support is unavailable on event days.

Can I get support if I don't speak Japanese at all?
Yes. We communicate using translation apps and simple gestures. Key information about schedules and procedures will be sent in advance by message.
Can you support events outside Hokkaido?
Currently we only cover the Hokkaido area. We plan to expand coverage in the future.
