Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 20, 2026
1. About the Service
FlatOut Support (the "Service") is a motorsport driver sponsorship platform operated by DM11 Holdings (Representative: Seiya Mitsuhashi, "we" or "us"). We facilitate connections between drivers and corporate or individual sponsors.
2. Eligibility
To register for the Service, you must: 1. Be an individual or team actively participating in motorsport competition 2. Be 18 years of age or older (parental consent required for minors) 3. Agree to these Terms of Service
3. Platform Fee
1. Upon successful sponsorship agreement, we charge a platform fee of 15% of the agreed amount 2. The fee is deducted from the sponsor's payment, and the remaining balance is transferred to the driver 3. Stripe payment processing fees (approximately 3.6%) apply separately
4. Sales Agency Option
1. After a sponsor match, drivers may choose to handle outreach themselves or request our agency service 2. Agency fees are 5% of the agreed amount, with a minimum fee of ¥30,000 3. Agency services include: drafting and sending sales emails, negotiation support, and proposal creation 4. We do not guarantee a successful agreement even when agency services are used
5. Payment to Drivers
1. Payments to drivers are made within 7 business days of confirmed sponsor payment 2. Transfers are processed via Stripe 3. Transfer fees are borne by the driver
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. All sales are final as a general rule 2. Exception: If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription, a full refund will be issued 3. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period 4. Service access begins immediately upon successful payment
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited: 1. Registering with false information 2. Using sponsor information obtained through the Service without authorization 3. Entering into direct contracts with sponsors outside the Service during an active contract period 4. Engaging with anti-social organizations
8. Disclaimer
1. We do not guarantee successful sponsorship agreements 2. For disputes between drivers and sponsors, we will assist as an intermediary to the extent possible, but final responsibility lies between the driver and sponsor 3. We are not liable for damages caused by system failures
9. Termination
1. Drivers may withdraw from the Service at any time 2. Platform fees continue to apply until the end of any active sponsorship contract period 3. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these Terms
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify users at least 30 days before significant changes take effect.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court as the court of first instance.
